Dr. Miller holds Bachelors’s and Master’s Degrees in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Applied Occupational Ergonomics and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management. She is a Certified Professional Ergonomist and a Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt. Dr. Miller is known for her expertise in the application of industrial engineering and applied occupational ergonomics principles in a wide variety of industrial settings.
